Full-Service Appetizer Package with Banquet Attendants:


a) Standard Buffet- No rental fees: Silver or White Platters in a row on assorted risers or directly on the table. Silver Chafers. This is a pretty display that you would see at a standard appetizer catering


b) Rustic Wooden display with Maple Hand Carved Live Edge Burl ($85 for Burl Transport and Rental) and Wooden Charcuterie and Appetizer Boards. Aluminum Chafer Dishes for hot hold items where required (one sided or two- sided presentation)


c) Contemporary White Risers with Centerpiece Florals (provided by coordinator/client) on a large square or round table that you can walk all the way around. Chafers are hidden in White Melamine Display Boxes. $125 for Riser and White Chafer Box transport and rental


d) May thru October: Outdoor Food Truck Appetizer/Lunch/Dinner Party. $125 Onsite Food Truck Fee- Choose Items in Advanced and have them served out of the food truck window in cute bamboo boats, or displayed on a table outdoors and refilled directly from the truck. If served directly from truck, and no banquet attendants are required, there is no hourly fee. *Out of Town Parties-Travel Fee $1.25 per Km.



Catering Van Drop off option with no service fee or rentals, just a delivery fee of $25. Drop off can be delivered Hot/Ready to Eat, or with Heating Instructions. The drop off option is mostly used for in-home private parties or private office lunches where attendants are not required.


There are no props or staff provided for drop off service.


The presentation for Drop off is Recyclable Aluminum Tins lined with Baking Paper, Recyclable Plastic Dome Trays with Doilies.


All items are tastefully arranged and garnished with herbs and flowers.
